DIY Tailplug - Base
These bases are compatible with these Plugs and these Screw-On Tails of the DIY Tailplugs parts. The end of the extension is an M6 nut, so multiple fox tails can be used with one extension or one fox tail can be used with multiple extensions.
You can choose the size of the base, the color of the base and extension and the bolt size for the plug here and please write your preferred length of the extension in the comment section while placing your order.
There are two sizes of bases available, small and large. The dimensions are as follows:
(a) = Length of the base.
(b) = Width of the base.
Small base: (a) 4,5 cm + (b) 2,5 cm
Large base: (a) 6,5 cm + (b) 3,5 cm
The small base is only available with an M6 bolt. The large base is available with an M6 or an M8 bolt.
Please note that the silver and golden plugs fit on an M6 bolt and the black plugs on an M8 bolt.
It is strongly recommended to use large silver plugs with a large base to prevent accidents, because this size plug will be bigger than the small base.
